Our Story
Shohag is the creation of Sohini Biswas, a corporate PR manager by profession and a saree lover at heart. Balancing boardrooms by day and a deep love for Indian textiles by night, Sohini often found herself searching for sarees that were unique, elegant, and different from what everyone else was wearing — but without the sky-high price tags that usually come with exclusive designs.
That search became a mission. In 2024, she turned her passion into a purpose and founded Shohag — a saree brand dedicated to bringing exclusive, one-of-a-kind sarees to women who want to stand out, without stretching their budget.
